Everyone has their preference of types of people they want to be with. But I was talking with friends (girlfriends) and of course we got to talking about guy (-_-) lol....EVERY convo is about guys and "why don't guys like me?" and "I don't wanna be single" and "blah to the damn blah!" ...Anyways.... they were talking about what they want in their *dream* guy. Some of the things listed were: Great Body, Pretty Eyes, Athletic, Nice smile, White teeth (lol)...
and I was thinking to myself, yeah those are nice but what if dude is a complete asshole??! That doesn't matter anymore? What about if dude doesn't get along with your friends (and that has sooooo happened before.) or family? What about respect? Smarts?? Dang wth? Well they continued on talking about past relationships and how guys have treated them wrong and la la la and I was like "well if you chose to stay with that guy for whatever reason then you're allowing him to treat you that way." LOL I got some piercing stares after that comment but it's sooooo truuuuuue! Right?!? They looked at me like I'm a lamo! So one asked me "So, Ay Ay, where's your man?" I was like "Psh, I dont' need no man" lol, (no I'm not on some man-hating trek) but forreal, I replied "I don't have one because I have other things to focus on, plus the guys over here seem to be up to no good." I figured I tried looking, ended up with losers and I'll just put the whole thought of a relationship on the backburner for the moment. But that doesn't mean I'm completely done with relationships, just doing other things for the time being. We're young and don't we have dreams outside of finding your "perfect guy"?
So the questions continued on. I was like, wow, am I that mysterious?? These chicas are sooo curious about me, but then again I don't talk lol, like I don't throw my business out there at all, I'm more the listener. Another question was asked "Don't you get jealous seeing a hot guy with an ugly girl?? Like don't you think to yourself, he can do so much better?" ....well damn, how rude was that?? I was like "the girl may be ugly to YOU but obviously he sees something in her if he's with her. And no I don't think to myself 'He can do so much better'..." I'm not in some underground competition to see if I can nab the hottest dude in the social/materialistic world. And that's really one thing I've noticed in several conversations when it comes to girl talk with your closest chicas. Jealousy amongst females. Like really, what the hell are you jealous about. If girl got it going on, let her have it going on in her world. Just like you know you got it going on in your world. Right? What is up with Female hating on Females?? I think I only ask that because I have alot of guy friends and very few CLOSE female friends, probably for the specific reason that females can be such back stabbers and gossip/story tellers. lol...I don't understand females. Maybe I'm just weird...
Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh....So yeah, this conversation went on for a while. Another issue would come up about relationships and we'd talk for hours. But I love talking about those types of things with close friends. Casue when something happens or if one of us get in a bad relationship we know that we'll always have our little "therapy" sessions together and get each other back on the right track...Love my Cheetahs<3<3
