Well, I work in the Sports Nutrition Industry and I'm always interested in hearing what supplements people use. List what supps you use and what your overall goal. I'll start off... Current goal: Further cut up for the summertime. Basic supps: Protein, Fat Burner, EFAs (Fish Oil, etc), Green Tea (caps), BCAAs, Multi, Antioxidants, Creatine. Total cost for me: $0

i am currently just using optumim nutrition whey protien, gnc multivitamin, and gnc glucosamine, but i think i might go back on gaspari nutrition's size on creatine
