Has anyone else gotten into the Olympics? What is your favorite event? What event do you like the least?
Other than the typical, ie Men's Basketball, i am looking forward to the track and field events. I thought I'd like boxing, but the scoring system kinda makes it lame. Swimming is ok, but I'm not crazy over it. I prefer indoor volleyball to the beach volleyball, but thats just my opinion.
I think synchronized diving is the lamest, closely followed by Water Polo (they look like giant babies wearing bonnets)
And when are they going to make Filipino Slap Fighting an Olympic Event? No one can touch the Filipinos in that event!
Sorry if i offended anyone who practices synchronized diving or water polo, actually, I'm not sorry that i offended anyone, im sorry for you if you do.

i agree with you on this 100%. the top 5 finishers all broke the world record, not just gold,silver,and bronze, the 4th and 5th place teams too. That's amazing and USA handed the french team one of the greatest comebacks-wins I've ever seen. Just another reason to hate the french, trying to trash-talk Michael Phelps. thats like trash-talking Michael Jordan, are you insane! USA v. China BBall was only good up to the half, then it was all USA Redeem Team. A really good game was Yugo v. Argentina, Manu Ginobili and his team, lost on a last second shot from Linas Kleiza, of the Nuggets. Awesome game!

i love the olympics, i got a friend who might do it at track and field. i am working my way up there too, but with judo. not too much spare time though haah (school).
