The fellas are scared to ask this coz they chicken sh*t so I'll ask the question.
Ladies
Do you prefer the tough guy(not necessarily bad like he job, doesnt smoke but wont take shit from noone etc..) OR Do you prefer the normal looking guy(wearing normal clothes, family orientated guy etc.. OR The Nerdy type(like dumb haircut..wears non branded clothes etc..)

It'll change between women;
Here in NyC, and yes in Manhattan, not bumblefuck long island (shirley), the Sex and the City lookalikes, typically flock towards the men that
engage out of the norm. No I'm not talking balancing plates on sticks, but more like not the typically brown-noser. They don't need to hear the bullshit, because they know it. Approach differently for a different outcome.
