Its not really a thing about color, really. Its more personality and susception to influence.
Personally, I was a chickenshit in elementary. Highschool hit, college hit, then a bit of jailtime hit. I really don't care what people think when I speak. I'm not out to impress.

I was non confrontive back in elementary and high school too.
My asian friends wouldnt say nothing when lets say ex-a white guy called him a chink etc..he let it go and said nothing.

Would an asian confront a person from another race? black?hispanic?white?

I think you actually have a point this time. Online is much more exaggerated and it also gives us more freedom to speak bc we are shielded from real punches and kicks to the stomach. But that goes with any person---Asian, Caucasian, Hispanic, African American. Relatively however, I would think Asians are less confrontive due to culture. So again, though stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason.... it shouldn't be a basis for judging people. You'd be surprised how many crazy Asians are out there. Number one: My mom. She speaks up in the middle of a crowd, to strangers, in an effin' public bathroom, to lazy cashiers. She will curse you in languages she and YOU never even heard of. Her advice when I moved into first grade? If someone is bothering you, punch them when no one's looking. Make it hurt. A LOT. And then call for the teacher bc that person is obviously trying to harm you, you little innocent helpless Asian. Of course, I never took it.

As you pointed out " I would think Asians are less confrontive due to culture." That is what I had in mind and I wanted to see what others had to say. That's why I posted this topic.
