Do you snowboard? Shoot, come down to Mass and we'll hit up as many mountains as we can in a week. Ooooorrrr....you could do what everyone else is doing and hit up the Aloha State and just kick it there. You shouldn't really limit your destinations. Since you rarely go on vacation you should make it a big deal and go someplace without holding back. I'd suggest bringing somebody with you, makes it that much more enjoyable. Someone you can stand of course...

Hello! I'm a New Yorker. Although I think Elaine would be able to tell you more about than I. But! A brief overview of Queens is that it's not Manhattan and even different from Brookyln. Less crowded and expensive than Manhattan. I've noticed a lot of people like the Unisphere which is a giant globe in Flushing Meadows Park. Nice place to hang out (but you're coming in the winter right? lol BRRRRR). There's downtown Flushing, NYC's 2nd largest Chinatown. I usually hang out and eat there because it doesn't stink like fish like the other one lol. Lots of restaurants, little shops, bubble tea spots!
Um, Shea Stadium. Then the American Museum of Moving Image is popular. Then if you want to go out of Queens and explore Manhattan, it isn't that hard either. Go to Madison Square Garden and iceskate. Or the Rockefeller Center. Lots of things in the city. What you don't do is go to Long Island lol

Well...you know what they say; "When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade." Or something like that. I recently took a trip to the Caribbeans, if anything you should take a cruise down there for a week. Trust me, it's well worth it. Stingrays, snorkling, jet skis, parasailing, and lots and lots of sunshine.
