Umm i don't think its just guys that are selfish. People in general are just selfish individuals, it just so happens its more common in guys. Plus in my opinion most guys are simply just scumbagz haha  |

I don't know why girls always generalize "guys" like we're all the same after a bad experience. Guys don't do that stuff  .....if he's that much of a jerk just ditch him theres more fish in the sea |

Possibly poor communication between you and the guys you've met? Depends on what you are talking about. If you open up and discuss things in better detail perhaps that would help. Communication and understanding where the other person is coming from is half the battle. And most importantly, you're still young. Guys (as well as girls) eventually grow up and settle down...
Btw, I think I misunderstand your first sentence--You mean, Why is it so hard and not why isn't it, no? :D
