What kind of phone do you have?...& what carrier?

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8130 w/ Sprint. (Yeah, I know Sprint sucks - you don't have to tell me that, lol.)

Who else has a Blackberry? I like using the BB Messenger. All you need is their PIN & you're able to chat w/ them :)

I got Sprint Samsung Rant (good plan for minutes is why, but yes I know about the service ahah) & Verizon Samsung Alias (for online use and texting).  I got both because well, haah I can't seem to find the "BEST ALL IN ONE" company ahah so that why I refer to those two lmao.  But of course, I've tried like every known "big" name cell phone service provider before!

i love blackberry's designs. it fits just right in your palm and not too big or too small. Texting with a keypad is easier and faster than doing it on touchscreen phones. Durability is great too. I dropped it countless of times, with no breaks and works flawless. I had a friend who has an iphone and one drop...the screen fawks up...

Yeah true. I like the Pearl because it's smaller, so I can just hold it in the palm of my hand. And I also agree about texting with a keypad. I just absolutely HATE touch-screen phones for some reason. It's so hard to text and use. Lol, I think if the BB is brand new, then it'd work fine...but i've had a lot of problems with my previous blackberrys. Probably because they were refurbished phones...i'm on my 4th one now, haha.

why did you get refurbished phones? I know they are a tad bit cheaper than buying brand new...but you dont know what kind of problems it has been going through before.

The pearl is cool. too bad it doesnt have the full qwerty pad. i find touchscreen phones to be more media laced...but texting and using email apps sucks..

The first one I got was new...but then my ex broke it; he stepped on it and threw it across the room..so yeah it was done! Lol. I had insurance on it so I got a new one...that one, the internet wasn't working so I gave it back to them. The 3rd one, my trackball just got messed up one day...so i gave that one back too. Now I'm on the 4th one...and so far it works fine! Haha..but you never know...we'll see.

From what I got, it is without rebate!!! But I could be wrong.  I think it should be out by X-MAS or in 2010
