So I wake up this morning and find out Obama won the Nobel Peace prize. First thing that comes to mind is for what? What has he actually done vs. talked about doing "in theory"? Wouldn't it be nice if all of us could be rewarded based on the things we say we'll do but never proved to do or have not yet done? Is potential the defining factor in rewarding a nobel candidate? What about all of the other deserving candidates who actually make a difference in people's lives vs. those who are picked just b/c of being a leftist elitist who replaced Bush? What am I missing here?
