 Position Summary: The Senior Service Coordinator is responsible for the overall development and coordination of programs and services offered to residents at the Golden West Tower (Senior) Apartments, located in the city of Torrance. The Service Coordinator is to assist the resident seniors in achieving independence and the highest possible quality of life. The Service Coordinator will network with local service providers to direct services onsite for residents, work with property management staff, and manage staff and volunteers.

Seniors residing at Golden West Tower live independently. The goal of this way of life is to maximize a resident’s dignity, autonomy, privacy, independence, choice and safety. At Golden West Tower, we strive to keep residents as active and involved as possible through educational, social and recreational programs. The seniors at Golden West Tower are responsible for their own housing, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and personal care.

Project Access’s Mission: To assist low-income families and seniors of affordable housing achieve self-sufficiency through access to onsite education, health and social services.
