Works individually and as a team member to provide support services necessary for the operations in faculty offices in the Academic Affairs office at the South Omaha Campus. Serves as the initial contact for vendors, students, staff, and the general public. Perform duties including, but not limited to, initiating/processing orders for purchases, ordering and delivering office supplies, retrieving and distributing mail, typing services, organizing orientation packets, operating a multi-line telephone, bulk mailings, and assisting with other requests as necessary. Skills: High school diploma plus three years job-related experience required. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience considered. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and other computer software such as Datatel’s Colleague preferred. Excellent organizational, time management, written and oral communication skills.
